Shipping policy
-There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address.
-If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address.
-If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS website. You will be responsible for the fees charged.
-If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received.
-Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please message me for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. I am NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.
